Before Your Appointment
Make sure you have the correct Florida fingerprinting instructions, ORI information and other information supplied by the requesting agency. Requirements can differ depending on the application.
Your Florida requesting board must supply an ORI number (e.g. EDOH4420Z, FL920010Z). Without an ORI, the FDLE system cannot route your prints.
Bring an unexpired passport, state driver's license, or military ID.
Ensure your name on the application matches your identification exactly to prevent transmission rejections.
